TRISCUIT Jalapeno Popper Pizza

Ingredients
50 TRISCUIT Crackers
1/2 cups shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
1 oz chopped green chiles, drained
1 large fresh jalapeño pepper, cut into thin slices
2 tbs creamy chipotle taco sauce
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Arrange crackers in concentric circles on parchment-covered pizza pan to form 13-inch round, overlapping edges of crackers as necessary to cover bottom of pan. Top with cheeses, chilies and jalapeño peppers.
3. Bake 7 to 10 min. or until cheeses are melted.
4. Top with taco sauce and cilantro.
